Bubble cleaning, also known as foam cleaning, is a highly effective and widely – used method for removing dirt, grime, grease, and other contaminants from various surfaces.

In this cleaning process, a cleaning solution is mixed with air to create a rich, dense foam. The foam can be generated using specialized equipment such as foam guns, sprayers, or foaming nozzles. The bubbles in the foam act as carriers for the cleaning agents, allowing them to adhere to surfaces for an extended period. This prolonged contact time enables the cleaning solution to penetrate and break down stubborn dirt and soil more effectively compared to traditional liquid – only cleaning methods.

Once the foam is applied to the surface, whether it’s a hard floor, kitchen appliance, automotive exterior, or industrial equipment, it begins to work. The cleaning agents in the foam, which may include surfactants, degreasers, and disinfectants depending on the application, interact with the contaminants. Surfactants reduce the surface tension of the liquid, allowing it to spread evenly and lift dirt particles away from the surface. Degreasers break down oil – based residues, while disinfectants eliminate bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms.

After the foam has had sufficient time to work, it is typically rinsed away with water. The rinsing process flushes out the loosened dirt and the remaining cleaning solution, leaving the surface clean, sanitized, and free of residues. Bubble cleaning is popular because it offers several advantages, such as better coverage of vertical or irregular surfaces, reduced chemical usage due to the foam’s ability to stay in place, and improved visibility during the cleaning process, as the foam clearly shows where the cleaning has been applied.
